PROVISIONAL RACE CALENDAR 2010
Presenting F2 in Karlskrona August 13-14
Third race confirmed is Karlskrona August 14. This race was on the calendar already 2009, but had unfortunately to be cancelled due to the fact, two main sponsors did withdraw their sponsorship in last minute. Very sad, but now everything is in order. Local service will be delivered by the former local organiser in Karlshamn. They are used to our race conditions. This will be a very interesting part of "Karlskrona Sail".
We now proudly present the Scandinavian F2 Open Event in Karlskrona. We had a very nice Press meeting on Tuesday June 8th.
For an over all presentation, please see Karlskrona Sail website www.karlskrona.se/sail. This will be a four days festsival presenting a lot of entertainment, starting up Wednesday with a large "Crayfish Party" organised by, in Scandinavia, well know Wallmans Salonger.
On the water there will be even more racing except F2. There will be sail Match Racing on Friday.

06-08 Aug. Uddevalla Sweden
Second round is for Uddevalla August 6-8. This event is confirmed. It will be organised in cooperation with Swedish Grand Prix organiser for Class One. For Scandinavian F2 Open, it will be a two days event. Pit area will open Thursday, at lunch time. Uddevalla will probably be the largest Powerboat Event in Europe this season. At the moment we are witing with great interest for serious information how the situation is with transport of a great amount of equipment from Jeddah back home to Europe.
Anyhow, we have a great potential to present a great event for F2 together with ClassOne. We are waiting for some 20 000 spectators. The programme also present a competition with drivers from Sweden and Norway in the Offshore "beginners Class" V50.

01 Aug. Riga Event
The race planned for Riga will not happen. Local organiser is not able to find financioal resources. As per Juny 30, it is too late to announce a race within Scandinavian F2 Open for 2010.

First round is planned for Horsens as per May 22.

"RACE HOTEL" is Hotel Opus, same Hotel as 2009, www.hotelopushorsens.dk
Single is DK 700 (normal price is DK 1300). Double is DK 800 (normal price is DK 1500).
It is planned for a party at the hotel in the evening after race at 20,00. There will be a questionari distributed to teams who has announced their attending to the event.
